Green grain salad, blueberry gelato quite the contrast Marg. All consumed in different countries. In glad you had a lovely time with Ellen. Me before you was made into a sad movie.
Another nugget of your trip...sweet! My nearby library finally notified me that Demon Copperhead is mine to read, therefore I have begun! Thank you for your update Marg.
Your trip sounds like so much fun, Marg! I would have loved to try my hand at designing a book cover. The examples of Jon Gray’s work via the link are fascinating. What an interesting art form!
I haven’t read anything by Jojo Moyes, but maybe I’ll give one of this series a try. Looking forward to the book club, but still haven’t finished Demon Copperhead.
We are having the best time! Jojo Moyes is very light but so lovely for travelling. Has some lovely messages about living your own life and not worrying about what other people think. My copy of DC has just come into the library. I’ll have to hot foot it down there when I get home. I’m currently in Barcelona.
Barcelona is one of my favorite cities! Enjoy! I’ll give Jojo a try. I need something light with a positive message. Thanks again, Marg--and safe travels!
Thanks so much Ruth. We really only had one day in Barcelona as my daughter has to go back to work. I thought it was beautiful. Will have to stay longer next time.
Hi Marg, it’s been great following your travels. I’ve read that beautiful book by Rob Delaney, so sensitive, humorous and honest. Sad too. Am reading Demon Copperhead at the moment, half way through what is a very long book! Cheers, Deb t
Thanks so much Deb! I enjoyed your photos of Japan on FB too. It’s lovely to travel vicariously. I just got a notification that my copy of Demon is waiting for me at the library!
Been enjoying your photos on social media <3 Have a great trip!
Thanks Sally. I’ve had a great trip.

See you soon.
I haven’t had many salads on my trip so I’m glad I had at least one. I’ve had a fabulous time with Ellen seeing the sights. Back to reality soon…
Amazing! So jealous!

My pleasure, as always. Happy reading!
